Logan County
The Logan County Prosecutor's Office is seeking applicants for a full-time Assistant Prosecutor in the Felony Criminal Division. Primary duties with the position include preparing and reviewing search warrants, intake charging decisions, grand jury presentations, trial work, and appeals. The successful candidate will have an immediate case load and will be working closely with law enforcement, victims of crime, defense attorneys and court personnel in a collegial environment. Portage County
The Portage County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking applications for the position of an Assistant Prosecutor primarily focused on the prosecution of Domestic Violence cases, both felony and misdemeanor. Primary duties in addition to the prosecution of cases involve the training of police officers in Domestic Violence investigations, report writing, and trial preparation. Responsibilities also include working with victims of Domestic Violence in conjunction with the office’s Victim Advocates.
The position is full time with benefits including PERS and medical insurance. Annual starting salary is $57,500 or higher based upon experience and qualifications.
