Putnam County
The Putnam County Prosecutor's Office is seeking an attorney to fill the full-time position of Assistant Prosecutor to handle felony and misdemeanor prosecutions as well as appeals.  Prior trial experience is required.  Candidates should be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court, possess strong writing and oral communication skills and excellent trial advocacy skills.  No private practice will be permitted. Richland County
The Richland County Prosecutor's Office is seeking applicants for the following:

First Assistant Prosecutor - must have 5 + years experience, jury trial experience and will be required to screen incoming cases, make or approve charging decisions, and will have supervisory authority over the criminal, civil, juvenile, appellate and victim witness sections of the office.  Salary commensurate with experience; $80,000-$90,000

Criminal Trial Attorney - must have 2 + years experience, jury trial experience.  Will prosecute adult felony cases, present cases to Grand Jury, handle preliminary hearings, oversee criminal investigations and make charging decisions.  Salary commensurate with experience.

Juvenile Prosecutor - must have some experience with either jury trials or court trials. Will prosecute unruly/delinquency cases, Rule 30 bindovers, dispositions, permanent custody hearings, etc.   This position will also require limited appellate work.  Salary negotiable.

Wayne County

The Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney is seeking a full-time assistant prosecuting attorney. Duties will primarily include prosecuting misdemeanor cases in the Wayne County Municipal Court. However, the successful applicant may also be called upon from time to time to fill other duties that accompany being an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Wayne County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Requirements for the position include: licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, good communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to think fast on one’s feet, a strong sense of professional behavior, impeccable integrity, and an ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Trial/litigation experience is preferred.
