Ashland County
The Ashland County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office is seeking a full-time assistant prosecuting attorney to help manage the felony criminal caseload, including both pre-trial hearings as well as trial responsibilities. Guernsey County
The Guernsey County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking applicants for a full-time, entry level position as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the Juvenile Division.  Primary duties will include litigation, research, and case management of delinquent and unruly cases, as well as, assignment to tasks from other dockets or divisions as needed. Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and an active Ohio law license in good standing. Prior litigation experience as a certified intern or trial team preferred.  Experience in legal research and writing is a must.  Additionally, selected candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and work ethic. The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, OPERS, bi-annual bar dues, and CLEs. The Knox County Prosecutor's Office is currently accepting resumes for an experienced Legal Assistant.  Qualified applicants must be able to work well with the public and possess superior organizational and computer skills.  Prior experience in a prosecutor’s office is preferred.  Experience with trial presentation software, case management software and social media platforms is a plus. Compensation commensurate with experience. Putnam County
The Putnam County Prosecutor's Office is seeking a full-time Assistant Prosecutor to handle felony prosecutions including appeals.  Prior trial experience is required.  The successful candidate will have an immediate caseload and will also provide support in the misdemeanor and juvenile courts from time to time. Candidates should be a licensed attorney in good standing with the Ohio Supreme Court and be a motivated  individual with a desire to spend their days in the courtroom.
